This place really went downhill. There have been too many changes that left a bad taste in my mouth. This new espresso tastes cheap and unbalanced. There have been too many additions to the menu that don't match the old charm. I don't think it's fair to call it a coffee shop anymore, as it is now just a jumble of poorly executed drink trends. I'm not sure what shifted, but you can easily tell this owner is money hungry, sacrificing the quality of the menu items for quantity. I can say I am pretty disappointed. Allen Park doesn't have many small town coffee shops, if at all. I'll be making the drive elsewhere for something decent. Food: 1
I waited 20 minutes for my drink and when I finally received it, it was the worst matcha latte I have ever had. I was the only person in line, but the staff seemed clueless. I ended up throwing the latte away and going to Qamaria down the street. I was initially excited to try this place, but after this experience, I will not be returning. The girl who made my latte kept commenting on how the matcha smelled like seaweed, which was awkward and embarrassing. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 1 out of 5.
This restaurant is fantastic. The atmosphere and service are top-notch. The coffee is outstanding. I highly recommend dining in for lunch. The price per person is $1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5. Some recommended dishes include brownies and muffins, iced latte, pour over coffee, caramel iced latte, French press coffee, almond joy, and bagels.
The coffee drinks and desserts at this restaurant are amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. My daughter loved the ice cream. The staff and management are fantastic. We have visited their Allen Park location before and recently tried the new Dearborn Heights location, which was equally beautiful and delicious. Overall, we rate the service, food, and atmosphere 5 out of 5.

Terrible customer service! After waiting 20 minutes for our coffee. Messed up our order and then the 5 employees behind the counter that were on their phones let us know we would need to pay to have it fixed. We left. Cute place, TERRIBLE SERVICE, coffee was fine. I moved a mile away months ago and never found this place. As a person who is a Global espresso atmosphere snob, I have never been to a better place. I think about the next time I am coming for a dbl espresso and Death By Chocolate before I take the first bite of the one in front of me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
