Terribly slow service. Great waitress but the kitchen needs work. We waited 1 1/2 hours after we arrived to get our mediocre food. But the most disturbing was the filthiness of the restaurant. The tables were sticky. THe overall eating area was dirty. The location of the bathrooms would not be conducive to anyone with mobility issues. And the stair way to the bathrooms was so dirty. And the bathrooms were a mess. Again ...the food was mediocre. But our server was amazing. I felt for her. Because it was not her fault that the food took so long. I come here often because we have meetings here. Most of the food I think is pretty good. The staff is generally awesome. But I must let them know that the chicken fingers appetizer should be taken off of the menu or updated drastically. The breading was thick and not very tasty. The chicken, what will I could find inside the chicken tenders, was dry and absolutely tasteless. I ended up using a fork and knife to cut these things into bite-size pieces, otherwise it was too painful to try to bite into it with my teeth. I sincerely hope that they can fix this because I might try it again in the future if I see that it has changed.
Typically I would give it 4 stars. It's standard bar food. Nothing to write a Michelin review about, but reliable and decent food. Tonight's take out was missing the fountain drink and the side of ranch that was ordered. When I called back about the missing drink I asked to have it refunded to my card since I was already back home. Was told only the owner can do that and it would be a few days. Seems silly to have such a policy where your employees can't provide necessary services to customers. Food was fresh, hot, and tasted good though.
Nice little spot in webster.They have a very varied menu, everything from standard bar fair to cajun/creole things to home cooking style favorites.The food is good. Staff is friendly. I 'd like it more if they redid the interior some. I like booths, and they only have tables and chairs. Parking: There is limited parking on the streets. I food isn't too bad, but when I went with a group of 5 one of the members got a little sick after he ate, although the waitress didn't ask how well he wanted his burger cooked. The gratuity pay was completely unexpected for are group as well and it would have been nice to know that there was one for a group of our size ahead of time.Other than those two little things, we all enjoyed our food and there weren't any mistakes made.
Sat at the table for over an hour waiting for our food. Got the buffalo chicken melt and it had zero flavor and the chicken was so dry and tough. It was also missing all the sandwich components. It was literally an overcooked piece of chicken with a tiny bit of flavorless sauce on a bun. Will not ever be going back. Skip it.
Mixed reviews on the food. Shrimp and grits was a little underwhelming and not as “saucy” as I like. My husband ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese. He loved it! We enjoyed the bread pudding for dessert. Service was a little slow, but isn’t that the post COVID norm? Reserva una mesa ahora
