Claim Jumper Mission Viejo

It has been a while since I went to Claim Jumper. This time was to take clients out for good steak dinner. The whole atmosphere was no better than a 3 star restaurant. Steak was good, but other entrees were over cooked. Ribs were black and fish was over cooked. Chicken wings were basted in vinegar which was over done. Cheese pie dessert was good, but the chocolate cake was over proportioned and the waitress did not inform us.

claim jumper is on the hill. eating was best moderate and the choices were very limited. the flesh was not as good as it was before. our waitress was nice, but didn't give us much attention. She needed a long time to bring us everything and they no longer serve broth. Moreover, the salate is not an option that is included with the meal. very disappointed.

we were supposed to have slowly roasted tri-tip. it was so hard. my man sent his return, I suffered under mine. if it were slowly roasted, it would have been tender. you could look sous vide for your flesh. it makes everything delicate.

Let’s just say it seems like it has had it’s heyday. Just outdated, dark, a little depressing and just not worth another visit.

Salad bar produce looked like it had been sitting there all day… not fresh.
