The best culinary experience in my life. I never went to a restaurant where 6 out of 6 dishes had a good gustative balance. What an explosion in the mouth... especially with desserts. Fresh ingredients, treated with a lot of experience and care. Much better than a lot of Michelin starred restaurants I tried. The service was excellent, wine and atmosphere too. A very steamed pear in mouth. Two (small) tab bites served with a polenta topped with a chimichurri diaphane sauce. A nice service that does what it can to make forget the only promise kept, a very salty addition. It's not reasonable, but at the same time it's so bobo and cute that you have to be seen there.
