Great drink selection, quality of food and music! Unfortunately today (Valentines day) Clarence's was understaffed which let the service down a lot. Waited 10mins to be seated, 15mins to order food, 30mins for food to arrive, 35mins for drinks to arrive.... ended up paying up at the bar. I feel bad because the staff (3 ppl: 2 waiters and 1 barmaid) were LITERALLY running off their feet trying to serve everyone and give the best service they could. I saw two couples walk out of the door as they were fed up with waiting at the front desk for someone to seat them or even acknowledge them. Unfortunately, clarences did not fall on the sign for us with the ridiculously dark stalls and limited menu area really affect our joy at the meal times. it was so dark in the did a large motte was barely visible in the plate of food that my friend was served. we had no objection to placing our own orders on the bar, and the staff was very polite and friendly. the food itself was pretty nice and the layout was very insta-worthy. but the entire culinary experience was below average. could return for a nightcap, but not a meal.

Just had an amazing evening here on a Friday night. Very nice atmosphere, though a little loud. Our server was James who was great and really friendly, always at the tabled at the right moment. A refined menu list of burgers with a few extra items, but the alcohol selection was great. The burger and beer deal for $22 is really good value. Although a busy Friday night our food came out super quick, and was made perfectly. By far, one of the best gourmet burger places in Perth. Definitely recommend, will definitely be back.

clarences serves an amazing burger. I'm not sweating. this hits flipside and alfreds (which I absolutely not a fan of) hands down the patty is soft, the cheese perfectly melted, the hate is not soggy and it is just the right amount of sodium to increase my blood pressure as I like it. in the ground everything they want with a burger then it will be better. because you can have a burger and beer combo and it's a good deal. the beer comes from the feral brewery and it is good after the burgers here. The staff were incredibly rude. One staff member even sarcastically said there you go, its that easy.....amazing when we were responding to his question about who ordered what (We were a group of 6). The food wasn't very nice either. When we went to pay i asked for a receipt and the guy practically slammed it in to my hand. This wasn't even on a busy night. I will never step foot in there again.

while eating was quite nice, after ordering the pork bell last night we were shocked that it was only 3 bites size pieces and 2 tinted lychees in the half cut us back $14. I have nothing bad to say about the aromes of the plate, only the worth I didn't think was there.

One of my go to spots to meet up with friends after work. The vibe is relaxed enough to be casual but not dingy. I usually stick to the outside area in the back but the food up the front is also nice I've always had a positive experience here. Keep up the good work!

Nice, intimate atmosphere and friendly staff. The food wasn't bad. Although in saying that, I think I've had better tapas elsewhere. We would have liked to try their desserts, but unfortunately we weren't that hungry and were already quite full from earlier. Reserva una mesa ahora

We ducked down to Mt. Lawley for a quick Sunday lunch. Best cheeseburgers ever. The Siracha chicken wings are highly recommended too. Service was great and the atmosphere has always been great at Clarences. Nice quiet Sunday sesh for two.

quality food at a reasonable price. a good selection of wallpaper and bottled and the beer and burger combos on Sunday is a highlight. oh and the oysters
