Clayton Steakhouse

This is your average steakhouse experience. Don't expect anything high-end or fancy. The steak was cut thin and overcooked yet didn't have a great sear on it (meaning the heat was too low). The potato tasted stale and more than likely was microwaved considering its leathery skin. A far cry from home cooking in my opinion. With that said I will admit their horseradish was stellar, ground fresh and ultra spicy. The horseradish was the star of the show with no contest. Service was good considering how busy they were.

Me and the wife went out for the first time in 3 Years for a date!! We stumbled across This place I’ll say Best Steak Around Joco I’d say best steak In Nc if I got out more !!! Our Server Was Super Nice Her name Was Celine or Seline I can’t remember but she’s wonderful at what she does our drinks never empty and she had lots of info about the food and how it’s cooked!!! Overall I’d Recommend Clayton SteakHouse To anyone!!!

Came Friday night. Extremely rude waitress, forgotten food that we never received during our dinner, snarky comments on how we should order our food (even though we ordered it right the first time), and overcooked, soggy sides. My husband and I have been here many times and have not left disappointed until Friday night’s dinner. The waitress’s attitude alone needs to be addressed by management.

The food was delicious. I had the salmon with the veggie of the day. The other dinner had steak cooked to perfection (medium) and sweet potato. The salad bar is included and very well stocked with unlimited visits. The service was fast and friendly. It was an overall great experience. Oops! Homemade desserts Will dine again, recommend ?? The food and service was Great! But being from NY and how big and decorative the steak houses are up there I wasn't sure of the place at first? But it was the food and service sold me! Definitely will be back!

Always the best steak! Cooked to perfection and the salad bar is fresh and delicious with homemade dressings. If you’re able to eat a dessert afterwards they have wonderful homemade options as well!

The rib out was prepared to my liking. The service was great. The server was busy but was tentative to each table assigned to them. Will come back to try other dishes.
