I am extremely upset, my family and I just moved from fuquay to Clayton , and eat with this restaurant many of times except the Clayton one was out first time , and we choose to order to go.. I am not happy at all, not about the food but the service that was given to me in regards to me going back in after checking that 2 of my sauces weren’t there ; only to basically be told oh well they put them there and mind you the manger basically proceeded to open my bag of food and check as if I’m lying , I did not at all appreciate that , making me feel as if I was a liar over 2 sauces . Maybe just an off night but an unpleasant experience that makes me unsure if I want to go back. One waitress for the entire bar area. Waited entirely too long for service. Lots of other disappointed faces. Some walk outs. Debated walking out and probably should have. my food comes out a completely different thing than what I ordered. I still am Accepting of the mistake. Trying to understand they have no help. Not a fan of eating separate or having someone wait for you to eat. I mean that’s why you go out to eat together. My family decided to come for a quick bite to eat. The staff quickly got us a table and greeted us. The waitresses were very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the cowboy with a chicken breast. The chicken was quite juicy complimented by the BBQ sauce. They did not skimp on the pickles and oinions unlike other places. The sweet potatoes fries were delicious with the right amount of cinnamon. The cinnamon butter made it even better. Would recommend this location for a quick bite to eat.
Before moving to NC, I’d come to visit and this was my favorite restaurant. The love the menu, the service is absolutely incredible, and I just love the vibes. I LOVE the food. I am not a burger fan, but I will order them from here. The quality of the food is fantastic as well. You will NEVER leave disappointed…I promise.
