Go here NOW with a friend and try everything on their food menu. It was all utterly delicious; my mouth is watering just writing this review! The staff were also super friendly and the service was fast, even with the trick-or-treaters flooding past the front door (we visited the Saturday afternoon before Halloween). Wow, just wow!! Delicious tea and scrumptious high quality Chinese dim sum. This restaurant would be great anywhere but is extraordinarily particularly in downtown Milwaukie. While the restaurant is a touch spendy, the food is much high quality than your average Chinese restaurant and it is always worthwhile to support a small local business. Yum! We'll be back soon.

Maybe the best tea experience (and tea taste) I’ve had in months. To not be rushed, enjoy the smiling (I assume smiling under the masks) service… we sat outside at one of two tables and got chicken and shrimp siu mai, egg tarts, and each got our own tea. I highly recommend the Asian pear and ginger on their new fall menu. I will get that back anytime!

Had a special “tea date” with my daughter and we had a WONDERFUL experience. We shared the Winter Treasure tea which was delicious and gorgeous, and had pork bao and a couple sweet buns. What a delight! So grateful to have this spot in Milwaukie. My daughter is so picky but loved everything she tried here. She can’t stop talking about the winter treasure tea. The chai is so dang good too. Thank you!

The best chai tea we have had in years. Wonderful, boa,, mochi. We sat on the sidewalk and enjoyed the crisp fall air even more with such hot excellent teas, and loved everything we ate. We will be back regularly.
