the sports restaurant is to be found at clubheim des wfr umkirch: wfr stands for verein for racing games umkirch, since 1923. the restaurant is located directly next to the gymnasium and the main hall with huge parking, shaded under trees. also some tables in free loading. opening times: di sa 17-24 clock, so 10-24 clock. After I only heard a lot of praise and good about the sports restaurant in umkirch, I was back here and am thrilled about the offer: carving steak variations with supplements and salat to the choice, e.g. late zle or pommes frites. everything tastes excellent, at a super price (see my photo from the menu). freshly tapped red house beer, 0.3 liter for 2 €.The 5 stars I give...
for me, a visit here is always like a trip back to the time when every village and every city had at least one sports home like this. eating is good and hearty, everything is very clean and the pächterin and family are supernett and very attentive. there are tasty red house pils from the barrel, perfectly tempered and a small selection of good wine from the region. the prices are barely undercutting. there is a kind of winter garden for smokers, which is well separated from the actual dining room.
vegetarian except pommes and salat virtually nothing present, on the suggestion of improvement to accept the themas comes only uncomprehensible head shakes. service does not ensure that you feel welcome and appreciated as hospitable. the existing eating has a glossy layer of fat also tastes accordingly.
very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. good food and, of course, delicious drinks. you like to go back. before location there is a professional test option with official certificate. That's great!

Schöner Sportplatz. Mit einen Bolzplatz für alle und ein Basketballplatz ist auch neben dran.
after our cursing and training (dlrg) we often turn in here and are still satisfied
