The food was decent, though I expected it to be a bit more flavorful. Overall, it was good. The zeppoli were particularly delicious. However, what truly earned this place a 5-star rating for me was the outstanding customer service. When I called to ask a few questions about Cluck U, the gentleman who answered was fantastic—very polite and knowledgeable. He addressed all my inquiries, and when I visited to place my order, he was at the register. His assistance made me feel comfortable as he guided me through the menu and explained everything clearly. I would definitely return just for this experience, though I have to say that it's unfortunate this level of service seems to be less consistent...
As for the fries, they were rather disappointing and lacked flavor. I can't comment much on the service since we all make mistakes and sometimes things just get messy. It did take a little while for my order to be completed, partly because I have a bit of trouble hearing and the music was quite loud. However, I did receive my food in the end, and that’s what matters.
I do appreciate the hospitality here; it’s refreshing, especially since sometimes you don’t know what to expect in terms of service. So, if you’re in the area and feeling let down by the big fast-food chains, it might be worth giving this place a shot. You never know—you might end up enjoying it!
I received excellent customer service when I called with questions. The chicken wings were quite good, but I was disappointed with the Caesar salad. I expected it to be worth the almost $10 I paid, but the container was not even filled, and the salad dressing came in a package, which didn’t taste great. The onion rings were good, though. I ordered for takeout, so I might give this place another try in the future.
Cluck-U is phenomenal. Portions are generous and they are never stingy with the sauce on their wings or cheese on their spuds. The staff is friendly and diligent. This place is legit. If you want some of the best fried chicken around, Cluck-U is where you're gonna find it.

Food is always excellent. Love their mini bites. Great sauce flavors. Friendly staff. The best roasted chicken I can find. Order before the time when you can, they are sometimes supported, what I guess the cost is always fresh.
The best wings! Sadly a lot of the locations have closed, this one is still going strong and worth the hour’s drive from central Jersey.
