a beautiful hotel in a beautiful environment. you would never know you were so close to the center of Nottingham! each bedroom is individually furnished and furnished and they are beautiful. we had a nice room with a magnificent view that I wish we had stayed longer. as a high-time location it is ideal: the ceremony room is small and intimate, the newly renovated banquet suite looks stunning and has an integrated bar for added comfort. eating was delicious and plentiful. the personal is very friendly and accommodating. a real jewel of a hotel.

We had an amazing experience during our visit on February 17, 2018. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The venue is stunning, the food was exceptional, and the staff—Megan, Nadia, Lucy, and Stephanie—were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made all the guests feel at ease. Many guests commented on the beautiful dining room. There was plenty of food for the evening reception, and I would highly recommend this venue for anyone planning their wedding. It truly is a gem! xx

Stunning surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, lovely food. Couldn't ask for more. Bedroom was homely and cosy, beautiful decor with old style beams also very warm. Just the right amount of plug sockets so decorated well for us ladies. Staying here this week and food was excellent tonight. Very impressed and would stay here again, also recommend for nice weekend break away. Would much rather stay here than within a chain of hotels. Fab :

The outhouse/shed is fantastic—completely private and tranquil. Dining in the restaurant is a delightful experience, and the chocolate soufflé dessert is the best I've ever had during my travels. I hesitate to recommend it because then everyone will find out about it, and I might not be able to book a spot! However, I will definitely suggest staying in the vicinity as it's a wonderful place to be.

We celebrated a special occasion here on Saturday, and it was absolutely perfect! The new reception room is stunning. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious, and all of our guests remarked on what an amazing event it was. A huge thank you to the entire team! I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Absolutely faultless. From day one the staff have been fantastic, the new venue is amazing and the service and food was beautiful. We could not have asked for anymore. Thank you again for making our big day one to remember. Highly recommend!

We had my sisters wedding here last month. The staff were very considerate and professional and couldn't do enough for us. The food was also excellent. The whole day was amazing. Well done Cockliffe House.

Had our wedding here in June, had the best day of our lives, the staff were amazing, the food was 10/10. Everyone was impressed!!! Not 1 fault...highly recommend!
