The best restaurants are the small, out of the way, hole in the wall places you will find in any city in the world. This is one of those places. I've eaten here as far as I've eaten solid food. I grew up in South River and that was the pizza of choice. Your pizza is fantastic. It has a sweeter sauce and a thinner crust that makes it unique. The absolute best pizza they make is the 'caused sausage' cake. The sausage is ground in the sauce under the cheese. The taste is amazing. To my knowledge, the restaurant has changed twice since the original owner, Mr. Coffaro, opened. The quality and taste have never changed with successive owners. One of the best pizzas. The sauce is amazing, a little sweet what I like. The staff is very friendly. Family property... what I think it's great to support small mom and pop shops and family owners places over big chains. Only fall is the place could use the update or fircing-up. The appearance could probably disturb some people, but I left the food talking and the food is great. Who judges 2 stars or less, I do not trust their judgment
