Nice chain coffee shop with plenty of choice. Better than Costa in my opinion as their cakes are nicer and they have more drink choices. Staff are friendly and there are plenty of options including specialty coffees and teas hot or cold. They also have frappes (basically just milkshakes as most don't have any coffee in them) and smoothies. Prices are quite high, expect to pay £3.50 for a large coffee. Cakes are £3 each. Cappuccino was good but half the cup was foam.. Guess I should have chosen a different drink! Get their loyalty card if you visit often as you can get a free drink after a few visits. They also have a branch in Gloucester which you can use the card at.
Me and partner came for a light snack and a drink. As pub managers, we were shocked at how poor the service was and how poorly managed your team are. Two members of staff were rushing around, completing all the orders, while a young blonde ignores customer to restock the cakes (which did not need restocking). As much as we see the importance in the job, far too many people were in the queue for that job to be prioritised. We almost walked out due to the lack of service. We do not recommend coming here if you just want a quick drink and welcoming service!!!
My family and I visited this restaurant on Saturday morning and were met with rudeness from the female manager (I believe her name was Sandra). She informed us that we would have to wait as she was busy. When she finally attended to us, her service was abrupt and she seemed annoyed when we ordered additional drinks. She spoke to us condescendingly and slammed the drinks on the counter before saying, "there". Overall, we felt like we were a bother to her and will not be returning to this restaurant, especially when this manager is on duty.
must say that this coffee house is really beautiful and the staff is very friendly. my partner loved her coffee and I enjoyed my hot chocolate. Usually this type of local hot chocolate make extremely weak and not beautiful at all, but this hot chocolate was extremely chocolate and absolutely fabulous, 10 out when 10 for the hot chocolate.

Brilliant place! It was our third attempt at getting a hot drink and a cake after finding two unsuitable places on the same road. Cakes were gorgeous and hot chocolate was lovely. Added bonus of tap water and cups available plus free used coffee beans for my garden plants!!! Amazing! Thank you!
really great place to cool, very secret. beautiful latte, amazing cake. service could be a little more friendly, but then I think there were personal problems due to covid, I guess the personal had no good day!
great place to take a coffee, often quiet enough that they can take a place to work if they need. many places to put their laptop in aswell! super recommend the Portuguese tarts!
Bigger than the one that I have been to in Pershore possibly more choice. The kids enjoy popping in for a gingerbread while I have a coffee.
