emily wilson This review is just so not true I walked in to cold rock last night and I was politely told that the efpos machine isn’t working then the girls kindly told me where the nearest ATM is. I came back and the efpos machine was still out and the girls were polity just letting people know they were only taking cash. They let you know there was only cash at the moment and you yelled ‘I haven’t even been served yet’ you then rolled your eyes and left with no tears in your eyes. A few minutes later i saw one of the girls answer the phone after the phone call she went outside and you could tell she was stressed and upset so after I was served my ice cream I asked the girl if she was okay...

A few weeks ago, I visited Cold Rock and was greeted by a kind young lady who served me as soon as I walked in. I informed her about my celiac condition and she was very accommodating, providing me with a fresh tub of ice cream and sanitizing all equipment for my safety. This was the best experience I've had in years in terms of catering to my dietary needs. I was truly impressed with how well and quickly my requests were addressed. Thank you, I will definitely be returning.

I recently visited Cold Rock in Victoria Point and it was a delightful experience. The customer service was exceptional and the staff were always friendly. They were willing to go above and beyond to accommodate even the most complex orders. The young ladies working there were fantastic. I was very impressed and will definitely be returning with my family in the future.

Last night i ordered some icecream from Cold Rock Victoria Point, they respectfully told me that there efpos machine was broken. So i used the spare change i had in my wallet. I tried the 'Sam's Rainbow Mix' at this restaurant and absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly and you can customize your ice cream however you like. There are endless options to choose from. I highly recommend this place for delicious ice cream.

cold rock is a wonderful ice cream shop! my only problem is the choice, I spend 5 minutes to advise, then in the regular my old favorite to get around n' raisin!
