I was really disappointed with the customer service at this Cold Stone location. I've been coming here for years and always order the same thing. However, today I was told by two young employees that I would have to pay for each individual topping on a signature ice cream. That’s simply not true—signature ice creams come with specific toppings included. I felt frustrated by what seemed like a blatant attempt to upcharge, so I decided to leave. I won't be coming back to Cold Stone, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this particular store.
The customer service here is terrible. The owner manages the shop alone and has a very unpleasant attitude. There's no warm greeting, no appreciation expressed, and he doesn't even respond when a customer says thank you. I now travel 8 miles to another Cold Stone location for ice cream. This place used to have a steady stream of customers, but now it’s empty, and there’s a sign on the door attributing it to a "staffing shortage." It's no surprise—who would want to work with such a bitter person?
Wow! This place is fantastic. I absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's the best spot for ice cream! I also ordered a custom cake for my daughter, and she was thrilled with it! It looked beautiful and tasted incredible. It was designed perfectly, just as we had envisioned and even better! Thank you! I'll definitely be back!
Visiting this location is a delightful experience. The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating, and I genuinely appreciate their commitment to enforcing mask-wearing. The presentation was lacking, the portions were small, and the atmosphere felt cramped and not welcoming. I paid $17 for just 7 ounces of ice cream, 5 gummies, and a single peanut butter cup served in a chocolate waffle cup. I recall when this place offered a much better experience. I won’t be returning.
This place is great! Excellent service! They have a variety of options for ice cream. The staff were so friendly during busy time. Definitely recommend their ice cream and cake! Especially lettering on the cake is so lovely lol Wish I lived around here because I would come to this location often.
