I’m a regular. Not at this location but a regular. I’d recommend going to selden location. Some of the kids working here were blatantly avoiding taking orders. It was clear to see the coworker who took my order was frustrated. My orders were just slapped together. Not mixed well at all. It felt uncomfortable asking for things because the young man taking the order had a bit of an attitude. Probably because of the other young man just wiping clean counters and walking around aimlessly to look busy and avoid ignore customers.
Our families favorite ice cream shop I’m the area. Staff is amazing, super friendly and always helpful when it comes to deciding the best options. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond every time we visit to make our experience better! Tons of options , tons of toppings and always get what you pay for. Better than the rest I will always recommend Cold Stone Patchogue to everyone I know! Service: Takeaway
I came into Coldstone on Friday night expecting nothing but walking out with my ice cream but i had to witness this poor girl get yelled at by another employee about something that seemed meaningless. That situation made me uncomfortable and the presence of that male coworker made me never want to return to that Coldstone again. I expect more respectful and welcoming employees. Atmosphere: 1
Nick at Cold Stone Creamery provided exceptional service! He was friendly, patient, and made sure our ice cream creations were perfect. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the visit even better. Highly recommend stopping by if Nick is there—you won’t be disappointed

I recommend signing up if you haven't done so already. They offer buy-one-get-one-free ice cream for “new” customers, if you catch my drift. It's tough to justify spending $20 on ice cream, but paying $20 for two is much more appealing, if you know what I mean!
Best place for ice cream hands down, they never skimp out on the ice cream or toppings even on a small. I get all of my ice cream cakes here and the lettering on the cakes always comes out immaculate. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Closed early. We arrived at 9:55 after calling ahead to verify that they were open. Google says 10. Website says 10. Employee on phone says 10. Lazy employees close early because they “feel like it.” Bad business practice.
