I called the store on a Friday afternoon after our son surprised us by asking for a Lightning McQueen cake for his birthday in just 2 days. I found that Cold Stone had one listed online, but I was unsure if they could make it on such short notice. I spoke with Abby on the phone, who kindly offered to check with the owner to see if it was possible. Within 30 minutes, Kevin, the owner/manager, called me back and assured me that they would make the cake in time for Sunday. He even suggested where to order the cake topper for faster delivery. It was a hot summer night. We came over for some ice cream treat. There was a long line. The service was slow. We waited for 30 minutes before getting our ice cream. The menu was a little confuse. You can have a choice of small, medium and large with 4.75, 5.75 and 6.50. You can have one flavor with one free mix-in. There will be additional 50 cents for additional mix-in. There will be additional charge from .5 to 2.25 for different bowl or cone. It will add up quite a bit if you choose a lot of mix-in and different bowl or cone. They did mix my ice cream in front of us. The ice cream was tasty but a little bit pricy.
I've had one too many bad experiences through their delivery service online. This is the second time they didn't get my order right. The first time I didn't say anything but it's hard to understand how anyone can't follow simple instructions. I asked for chocolate chip cookies and got cookie dough. There was little to no brownies in it at all. I basically paid for vanilla ice cream that I could have gotten from the grocery store for a lot cheaper. I won't be ordering from here again .
I absolutely love this Cold Stone location! One time they made a mistake with my order, but when I told them, they quickly and without hesitation remade it in just one minute, even though there was a long line. The customer service here is exceptional, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Kevin, Aidan, and all the other employees are outstanding.

Chain ice creamery, but I gotta say great tasting. They mix your ingredients right before your eyes on a cold stone slab. Nice outside patio is super for hot summer days.
Our first visit. My girlfriend has a big dark chocolate/coffee w/ Dark Chocolate shave. She ate half in the car and saved half for later. She was very happy!
really liked the candy shop and the apples. also the adding of silk ice cream and sugar free. but I went with my favorite of coffee ice cream with brownie.
There shakes are beyond delicious!!. I Ordered ahead online it was a super fast experience. Clean bright store with friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and the ice cream is delicious! I came in specifically to try the new Nintendo collaboration flavors.
Absolutely the best ice cream ever. Staff was amazing so friendly. The parlor was spotless. The price was very reasonable. 10 out 10 I recommend!
