I called the store on a Friday afternoon after our son surprised us by asking for a Lightning McQueen cake for his birthday in just 2 days. I found that Cold Stone had one listed online, but I was unsure if they could make it on such short notice. I spoke with Abby on the phone, who kindly offered to check with the owner to see if it was possible. Within 30 minutes, Kevin, the owner/manager, called me back and assured me that they would make the cake in time for Sunday. He even suggested where to order the cake topper for faster delivery. I absolutely love this Cold Stone location! One time they made a mistake with my order, but when I told them, they quickly and without hesitation remade it in just one minute, even though there was a long line. The customer service here is exceptional, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Kevin, Aidan, and all the other employees are outstanding.

This is my favorite Cold Stone location in St. Louis. I drove all the way from Alton, IL because I know I will receive generous portions and great service in a clean establishment. The telephone customer service is also outstanding. The only downside is the sticky floors in the restaurant. Other than that, it is still my favorite place to go. Reserva una mesa ahora

This lovely ice cream shop offers delicious ice cream, clean environment, and a fun and friendly staff. Your visit will feel like a mini vacation filled with enjoyment. Don't forget to leave a tip in the jar, and you may even be treated to a song by the staff!

Chain ice creamery, but I gotta say great tasting. They mix your ingredients right before your eyes on a cold stone slab. Nice outside patio is super for hot summer days.

Our first visit. My girlfriend has a big dark chocolate/coffee w/ Dark Chocolate shave. She ate half in the car and saved half for later. She was very happy!

There shakes are beyond delicious!!. I Ordered ahead online it was a super fast experience. Clean bright store with friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and the ice cream is delicious! I came in specifically to try the new Nintendo collaboration flavors.
