Order the largest carton online. After we picked it up, we noticed that none of the toppings were mixed into the ice cream. We could hardly eat it because the strawberries were large frozen blocks. Note- don’t order online for pickup and order in person so you can watch the staff and make sure they are properly mixing your ice cream. Disappointed.

It can be challenging to find ice cream for a child with a peanut allergy, but the staff at the restaurant we visited made sure to use fresh containers and clean spoons to accommodate our needs. Although it took a bit longer, we were very grateful for their attention to detail.

I might have visited on an off day, as there were only two staff members working—one handling online orders and the other attending to walk-in customers. The service was quite slow; we waited about 25 minutes just to place our order. I hope this isn't typical!

I have visited this restaurant a few times, and this was the first time they did not rush me out. The customer service was excellent. I tried the sweet cream with almonds and highly recommend it.

Great ice cream, bad service. The big guy has to chill he doesn’t look happy serving customers and can’t wait to close the shop.
