I Stopped in here for the first time because I had received a gift card in my birthday , I bought 2 shakes while I actually liked their shakes and thought they were of great quality this place is too expensive like a Starbucks of ice cream they charged $10+ for each shake and the shakes were small size everything else was great the place appeared to be very clean,the young lady working here was friendly and professional she was proficient at her job the product i received was perfect I will most likely stop here again but honestly I'll avoid doing so on more of a regular basis due to high prices perhaps once a month or something if you don't mind the pricing they have great ice cream product...

We had pitched in for my coworkers cake to be made for her promotion. We specifically spelled on the receipt Congratulations Alex . When we called to speak about how poorly it was written and ESPECIALLY the misspelling. Yasmine stated she had alot of orders along with ice cream to make this morning. The most she could do is 2 off of the order. Basically having to spend more money for money already spent. After expressing this to Yasmine she apologized and stated if we did not like the service hopefully you can find something elsewhere better .

I went Sunday to get a huge order for me and my coworkers. It was extremely busy! People were being impatient and rude. Like do you not see they are trying their best. They are tired and still moving as fast as they can. They had a line of tickets on the wall with a line out the door. I patiently waited for my order. Thank you for the order! Great staff!

Even when they are busy they are trying their best I cannot stand when people complain about the service how slow it is blah blah blah they are doing the best they can let's give them support instead of bringing them down. Half of us have never worked in the food industry it's not easy at all!!! Thank u all for what u do!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Always an extremely friendly experience, and even when they get very busy, the employees are always quick to get customers their ice cream. Especially Oliver, who always greets customers with a smile and provides many options if you don't know what you want.

I ordered a birthday cake online for pickup, but when I arrived, the staff couldn't locate my order. I ended up waiting an anxious 15 minutes until they found the cake. However, the rest of the service was friendly and polite.

The doors were closed and locked before the listed hours. I witnessed several customers arriving and being ignored.
