I?m very upset about a recent order I placed. I frequent this location a lot and today I decided to try the milkshakes for the first time with the signature selection we always get- a cake batter batter and mint mintster. I paid and tipped for my milkshakes before receiving the product. I had assumed the chocolate fudge and brownie bits would be added on top of the ice cream, not all mixed together so all I could taste with both was chocolate and the essence of my milkshake. I didn?t want chocolate milkshakes. I wouldn?t have paid if I saw chocolate milkshakes before paying. Visited again for the first time in a while. The experience was as close to perfect as I could have hoped for. From the moment you see the delicious treats (which absolutely taste as good as they look). To the professional and helpful employees (I was being helped by caitlyn but the others also seemed to fit that description). To the reasonable prices considering the quality and the costumer service. Everything was as good as I could have possibly wished for. I can only recommend this store and the costumer experience! ?????

We waited for a while and finally got our ice cream ordered. We noticed that they were one of the people's orders before us. Hadn't thought much of it when we got up to pay, they told us the Internet was down so we can't use a card, we had no money on us, but had some in the car. We should have both gotten free because they didn't tell us that the internet has expired before our order. Terrible way to treat your customers, and they were also not informed people after us, definitely not back!

We ordered pint-sized family pack. This is what we discovered $17 bought us (with $3 tip on top) when we got home lol. With 1 spoon, as insult to injury, c 'mon now.
