Colette - Reserva de mesa

On our spring visit to St. Tropez, we ventured out to eat every night, for some reason. This time, staying with our little kid, we kinda decided to eat in and enjoy the Sezz to the fullest. Colette, being on a same price level like...every other decent place in Tropez, made our days. Our kid just loooooveeeed the chicken nuggets, in reality wonderfully tasting chicken schnitzel and the mash. So tasty, that Adam was on this diet for about days We dined at Collette times and each time it was a fantasy. The grill works just fine, the service is immaculate, the wine selection is just fine and the dishes are refined and wonderful. We tasted everything from red fin tuna, to duck breast to some Ibe...

Really wanted to score this venue much higher....the venue itself is spectacularly modern, the restaurant sits on the edge of the main pavilion and pool area....just spectacular on a summer's night. Service from one of the waiters was excellent (a young Portuguese chap), others were...below par. Entrees were ok, yet a little bland, mains were much better, the slow cooked lamb shoulder was very very good. Good wine selection and well priced. All in all a nice night, but I most likely won't be back. Having tried many of the better or similarly rated restaurants in St Tropez, this one is good but not great or grand or excellent, yet.

We ate at this restaurant out of convenience as we were staying at the hotel. The menu was fairly classic so we chose the lamb as our mains accompanied by some additional vegetable sides. Our meal was nicely plated and food was better than we...expected but still pretty average and nothing special. Service was attentive but inexperienced. This was mainly due to the fact that the servers had been recycled from other positions at the hotel. Decor was a bit lacking and the restaurant was a bit too quiet for our liking. Overall, I would probably not dine here again.

we were in the hotel. we just came in time to eat our first night. it was amazing. every dish was perfect. the service was wonderful. we even go to make really dry martinis (in the second attempt). there was one. when I found very strange. they sat three people on the table next to us. one of them had a very big dog he suggested to me. then the staff brought a large water bowl. the dog started to curse. I couldn't believe that, but obviously it's not so unusual in France. I had them taking us to another table. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good restaurant but not worth a Michelin star. Overall good, but the location is nothing special and in the area there are restaurants with more beautiful views/atmospheres, the wine list offers little choice and at high prices (decent quality but not up to a star), the dishes neat but not particularly original. Little attention to food intolerances. Normal service.

even if the service of the restaurant is really good, the quality of eating is really mediocre for a star hotel. my personal, worse gastronomic range, after the discovery of all restaurants in st. tropez for a month. really dissapointing!.

A unique and breathtaking place in a sought-after and intimate atmosphere, quiet, attentive service by a very professional team and a chef (and his team in the kitchen) who deserves the 2nd Star without a doubt! Stay here it's a journey

expensive, but really good eating. eating at the beautiful pool is extra special. the personal is helpful and polite
