I visited excited for their vegan cheese options and the promise of brunch bottomless mimosas until 3pm on Sunday, as listed on their website. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised. We were seated on the patio and left unattended for 10 minutes, without a single greeting from a server. Opting for a change, we seated ourselves at the bar, only to be informed that the bottomless mimosas actually end at 2pm, contrary to the information provided online. The lack of service and misleading information greatly marred our experience. We left. Service: 1

Wow what a place! Who would of thought a brewery would have so many Gluten Free options! They were very knowledgeable and explained they did indeed have a dedicated gluten free fryer. The cocktails were tasty, and the food was fantastic. We ordered the cheese curds, chicken strips and the spinach artichoke dip. Overall I would order the cheese curds and chicken strips in a heartbeat but the spinach artichoke was okay nothing special. I definitely recommend this place to celiacs and gluten free peeps.

This is one of my faaaavorite restaurants in Longmont so so many delicious vegan options with an open feel and excellent staff. There are drink options for everyone, as well. Katie was such a lovely server and I hope we get seated in her section again next time!

Collision is now one of my favorite places to eat! We have been going here for over a year and now and their menu just keeps getting better and better! Their customer service is way past a 10! The food is gourmet you truly couldn't get any better
