However, on the day of the event, I reached out to see if I could pick up my order 30 minutes earlier or dine in instead of taking it to go. Unfortunately, I was informed that neither option was available, which I understood as it was a last-minute request. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, my order was not ready. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before it was finally brought out, with no explanations or apologies offered. This delay completely disrupted my event. I strive to support local businesses and am aware that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the fact that my order was 45 minutes late reflects poorly on their customer service. Restaurant is a quint sandwich bistro with a bar. Food was good. Service was slow to almost non existent and the staff didn 't seem to know details about their basic items. IE: when asked what kind of tomatoes were on the house salad their response was, there are no tomatoes. Then the salad arrived with sliced tomatoes. Hmmm. Also, we had to snag silverware from the empty table next to us after they delivered said salad without any silverware. They also did not show again until delivering our food.
