If you want a consistent great pizza don't have Joe make it for you. We enjoyed many great pizzas at this restaurant but some times the topping were cut short. NOT often, but here and then double toppings ordered and single toppings were prepared. YOU don't always get what you pay for. Been there eating pizza every so often for the past 3 year, BUT, now will be moving on to another restaurant. Spoke to one of the owners George who was awesome and understanding and offered us a free pizza which we declined. We are not interested in free food, just want what we paid for. Joe seems to take this constructive criticism personally and has been rude and confrontational having us feel unwelcome. Luc...

We have been dining at this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at least once a week since last summer. The pizza is almost as good as the original on Metcalfe Street, which I have been enjoying since the 1970s. The breakfast and pizza are excellent! The service is outstanding, they treat you like family. There are only a few restaurants in Ottawa that make you feel at home, and this is one of them. I highly recommend it to all my friends and always praise the food and service. Congratulations on running a superb, friendly, family restaurant!

We had a fairly large family reunion at the Colonnade. It was perfect for what we needed. On very short notice, they were able to accommodate our fairly large reunion. We were hoping to be outside in a picnic venue however we had to made last minute changes due to the forecasted weather. As always the food was great, the service was amazing and food arrived very promptly. I would not hesitate to gather again at the Colonnade. Big or small crowd they are always so accommodating.Parking: Nothing more to say about parking.

We had breakfast here about 3 weeks ago and were quite impressed. The sausages and bacon were exceptionally good. The home fries were lightly seasoned and my over-easy eggs were perfect. 5-Stars...We had breakfast here this morning and were disappointed... The sausages were greasy and appeared to have been deep-fried. The bacon was dry and chewy. The home fries were over-seasoned and dry. Well... 2-Stars...Great friendly service... Great pizza... Placed a large order for an office lunch. Not only was the customer service friendly, but the pizza was absolutely delicious and was ready for pickup right after the store opened. Kudos to the team for accomodating, will certainly return.

My shirly temple was made with carrot juice instead of orange juice. My food had hair in it and the pancakes were very dry and my fruit was in lemonade water. My hot chocolate was the only good thing in my meal.

Bit into something hard in my pizza, it turned out to be a plastic eye off a doll or something. Doesn’t seem like something that happens by accident. Won’t be ordering from here again.
