On Saturday June 11th at 7:22 pm we went to Colton’s for dinner. The restaurant is located at 8030 Highway 64, Bartlett TN. Table 59 1. Our servers name was Anjarrieka. Apparently she was untrained how to help and react to customers. I ordered the chopped steak plain and a baked potato with butter only. When she brought my steak back my husband starting smelling it. It was sore and smelled strong. We waited several minutes for her to return. She did not. So we ask the server at the next table to take it back. Service was great, the waiter was very attentive and friendly. The food is good, but don't expect your steak to be true steakhouse quality. I had the rib eye, which was cooked perfectly and tasted good, but was really thin and obviously a cheaper cut than you'd find in most places calling themselves a steakhouse. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size you receive. The yeast rolls were some of the best I had ever had. Slightly crisp on the outside and soft inside. I could have feasted on them alone. This is a favorable rating. I try to take in to account the fact no one wants to work anymore and it is extremely hard to find good employees. I along with 3 other people run a local business and understand those struggles. Now, if you take that in to account and subtract the length of time it takes to get your food, our dinner was definitely atleast a 4 star. Food was hot and correct. Just shows that the people they do have still have respect for their job and are doing the best they can. I would definitely recommend this location and food choice to anyone. Won't break the bank and plenty of great choices.
Food was decent; service Dillon was subpar. Del Rio ribeye was ordered medium, served well done. Had to go to the bar and get my own Bud Light draft after Dillon told me they didn't have any. Other guests' 6 oz sirloins were tiny and tough. Salads were good sized and excellent . My loaded baked potato was missing the chives. After I questioned this, I was told they were out. Salt container at the table was empty. We requested a replacement 3 times. Had to grab one from another table. Requested two tickets; everything put on one. Will try here again, but will make sure not to have this server.

After finishing dinner, the waitress, Anjarrieka, brought us the bill without asking if we wanted anything else. I had to stop her to present a coupon we had. About 15 minutes later, she returned with the bill reflecting the coupon discount, but I noticed a charge of $3.19 for the tea my husband never received. We then waited another 15 minutes for the corrected bill. I believe our ticket number is 40052. Given the rising costs of food and fuel, I expected better customer service.
This restaurant is wonderful! The waiters, hostesses, and management have been absolutely great! The food is extremely delicious! I seriously believe that the burgers are the BEST in town! They are SO large, SO thick, with ultra premium beef, and great toppings of your choice! These burgers are WAY better than Huey's burgers and those of so many other restaurants!
My medium steak was quite tender, although it was slightly more cooked than I typically prefer. It could have used a bit more seasoning. The loaded sweet potato and fried okra were both excellent, and the side salad was a reasonable portion. Overall, the meal was decent, but I favor Longhorn Steakhouse.
The waiter made an effort, but this restaurant seems to be past its prime. The steak was decent, but everything else fell short. The potato skins appetizer was still cold, and the byhalates, mushrooms, and sweet potatoes did not taste fresh. I wouldn't recommend coming here at 6:00 PM.

My Husband and I enjoyed the food and the Customer service. We were made aware it was only 2 servers so the wait time would be longer and Kevin was so prompt and fast assisting other customers as well as us. He definitely deserves a raise!!?
Best restaurant experience in more than before covid hit. Posibly due to a great waitress great steak and salmon and best adult drink in years
