The food was not authentic Cuban cuisine drinks were awful- don’t get there is you want good service and good Cuban food. My mom had arroz con pollo and rice was dark green not yellow. My sister had eggplant dish and it was burnt sauce. I had mahi mahi caye hueso and it was Calle no sabe a nada. Completely tasteless and dry!!
Located in the heart of Celebration, FL in front the lake view, the Columbia Restaurant is an awesome option to go where you will eat the excellent Spanish food in a spectacular environment, service and food! Beside the restaurant have a bar with live music!
Wife ordered Caesar salad. Asked for shrimp not chicken. 4 pics of shrimp 16$ extra. Also 24th anniversary with reservations . They went all out with a complimentary dish of Flam. On a 110$ dinner. Even the good rice can't make up for that.

Our favorite restaurant in FL. Our waiter Kervin helped make our dining there a very pleasant experience. He was polite, simpatico, efficient and very helpful. Definitely coming back!!!
I have been to Columbia multiple times now and the food is so delicious. Our waiters have always been wonderful. The bar makes some really fabulous drinks to compliment the great food.
Food was cold and when it arrived i told the server did not offer to replace. Scallops very expensive since i did not them .
