I 'm a fan of this coffee chain, it 's changing and the prices despite inflation remain correct. The usual waitress is always nice, the replacements... not always. The muffins are so good with daring recipes that always find customers. The sandwiches and bagels are very good and the coffee too. The only downside is that it 's cold in winter!!! The café is located right at the entrance and the comings and goings of customers with the opening of the doors mean that we catch a draft of cold air. Perhaps a layout of the room would be welcome for the comfort of customers. And will also make the place a little more cozy.
Hello I follow up on the last post, this lady has been listening for weeks, no hello, on the phone while ordering, vulgar and so on, I am the person she is directly targeting, I asked her to leave because she was once again vulgar and insulting towards my colleague and I therefore took her defense, leaving the insults flying in all directions with of course very flowery language....I have more than 30 years in business behind and I have always been friendly with the customers except when they are not, and that day that was the case. Muffins always excellent. Hot drink at the top. French toast better than anywhere else in Charente. In terms of staff, a caring manager. Two new top recruits. A mixed race at the checkout always smiling and polite as well as one always preparing orders quickly. I recommend the quality service and staff.
good products, very pleasant staff. some products are a little expensive for what it is. (new product, clean a little expensive to have tap water)
