I recently picked up two pizzas from this restaurant. They told me it would take 20 minutes. I ordered a plain pizza and a pepperoni pizza. However, 45 minutes later, I received one pizza that was overcooked and one that was undercooked.

The service is excellent and the food is amazing! I have been a customer here for more than 6 years and the pizza and pizza sauce are really delicious. Plus, it's very affordable compared to other restaurants.

This is the third consecutive week that I've received the wrong order! I tried to use English to communicate, but maybe I should consider using sign language next time? I'm not sure, but this is frustrating.
