For a birthday party organized by my friend's mother, nothing was arranged; there were no tablecloths put in place. The only redeeming aspect of my experience was the assistance from two night shift staff members, Tracy and Christina. They provided me with towels, helped fix my air conditioning, and even brought a fridge into my room, which is not standard in every unit. Despite their helpfulness, I cannot recommend this hotel.
I had a disappointing experience while working at this hotel. The woman at the front desk informed me that they didn't have any extra chairs available for the bridal party I was assisting. Having worked in hotels for years and having been to over 150 weddings, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel that does not provide extra chairs. As a result, I won't be recommending this venue to future bridal parties.
We live just a few minutes away, but my family and I enjoy "vacationing" here several times a year. The suites are ideal for families, featuring separate seating and kitchenette areas, and the pool is simply lovely. The complimentary breakfast is substantial and satisfying. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance is lovely, and the place is kept very clean.
