This is a drinks-focused place that has good seating and at least a few outlets for laptops, etc. They don't have much in the way of food, though--mostly packaged baked goods and some random gas station-type snacks (Pringles, Ritz peanut butter crackers, etc). Service was great! Specifically: I have to shout out to Common Grounds for keeping their cool and staying friendly despite an absurd slam on a Monday morning for the eclipse. There were probably 50 people in the dining room with 3 people behind the counter rushing around to make drinks, but they remained friendly and kind, and my drink (a dirty chai) was still delicious. Thank you!
I have come in multiple times and while the coffee is delicious and the workers are always kind, I find them to be a bit stingy with the coffee. And their largest cup of coffee is $6 and a fairly small large cup size. that's fine if you get what you pay for. However, I asked for light ice today and they filled my cup 3/4 of the way up. When I asked them to fill the rest as I didn't need milk, they told me they don't do that as it's light ice.. so for $6 I get half a cup of coffee? With another fourth of ice? I think it was a fact that they even said it that shocked me.
Best coffee in Carbondale. I was horrified when I was no longer able to go to Long Branch, but that's a big replacement. Great coffee, great smoothies, great atmosphere. Your muffins are somewhat too sweet for my taste, but the strands are amazing update: 2 months later and it is still so great. It is also worth mentioning how great the owners are. They are POC, recycle everything, super beautiful and have a very small and cute dog

Without a doubt, this is the best coffee shop in town. The espresso is exceptional, and the inventive drinks are a delight. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly skilled. I would recommend this coffee shop over many others globally. The atmosphere is fantastic, the people are lovely, and the coffee is fantastic.
My favorite coffee shop in Carbondale! One of my favorite places in town. The staff was always very nice and helpful and happy! There are super cute decorations inside always. Coffee (and other drinks) are good quality at a great price. And I love the adjustments and milk alternatives available.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and loved everything about it! The cozy atmosphere, the delicious mocha mudslide I ordered, and the friendly people enjoying their time in the café all made for a wonderful experience. Carbondale definitely needs more places like this!
I absolutely love this place. I come here as much as I can. I usually get an iced americano. Great place to study or read a book. Calm and quiet environment. I recommend this place 100

This coffee shop is adorable! The barista was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was so cozy. The coffee was delicious as well! I definitely intend to return soon!
