Service is 6/5. I recommend so much (this is the PERFECT date night spot). SABI OUR SERVICER WAS LITERALLY SO AMAZING!! She was kind, attentive, and she handled my thousands of questions with professionalism. She gave me such clarity on the menu. I ordered the blueberry martini, my boyfriend ordered the Bombay cocktail as well. Both drinks are a 1 and done. Great drink for $15. We ordered the shrimp for appetizer and it was so FRESH and FLAVORFUL please get it. I ordered the Yellow Crab Curry for my entree, but subbed the crab for shrimp. Just finished an epic meal here. Asked about what's uniquely good there and was recommended the crab in yellow curry, served with some perfect basmati rice. It was one of the best things I've ever had, and I've had quite a few epic dishes in my life. The creamy savoriness of the yellow curry was complemented with just the right heat, to give it the lift it needed. The crab was succulent, tender and perfectly marinated in the curry. Also had the mango and avocado salad withpomegranate and the flavor was as beautiful as the presentation. Also had a great chat with my main man Pratap, really nice fellow who takes humble pride in their superb quality of cooking. Highly recommended.
The service and ambiance was very nice. That is probably the only reason I would return. Not because of the food. I have had Indian cuisine from other restaurants (most not dine in) and they were amazing. Commonwealth Indian was mediocre taste to me. But this does not mean it is bad. There is just better out there. Favorite thing was the appetizers and cocktail- costal shrimp, hot and sour soup, Mumbai mule.
Blandest Indian food we have ever had, inauthentic to Indian cuisine or cooking style. Atmosphere is great, but food is definitely lacking (how do you make Vindaloo bland? , not saying food was bad, just overpriced if you are expecting authentic Indian cuisine. We won’t be going back. YUM. Loved every dish we got (delivery only so far) and will be back for more. Lots of nuanced flavor that was not overwhelmingly spicy for my somewhat delicate palate (I like to be able to taste the garlic, ginger etc). I know others like more heat so maybe you can request it, but for me this was perfect.

Elegant interior of the restaurant. Service was outstanding and friendly. Food was great they didn't hurry us out even though we were the last diners that evening
