Compartir - Reservar una mesa

Ya habíamos oído hablar mucho del restaurante Compartir de Cadaqués. Fuimos allí con amigos. La comida superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Hicimos el menú degustación y tanto la calidad de la comida como la cantidad de platos fue perfecta. También fue un gran acierto la combinación de sabores y texturas y cómo nos presentaron los platos. Éramos 5 personas y al ser un número impar, desde cocina se encargaron de que los platos salieran en la mesa de forma adecuada para que no hubiera problema en repartir la misma cantidad a cada comensal. this was the only finest culinary experience of my 49-year-old existence. it was really a half-nal moment that will dwell in my memory until I breathe my last, while I was not excited, I could certainly have done it. the service, eating and wein were impeccable. What's wrong? I would never have thought out of culinary experience, not only detectable, but executed with perfection. navy ribs, yes, that 's right rabbit ribs, single ribs, fried to perfection served with a flawless aoli! the Gargollasa wine, from a weeving approaching the extinct, was great. the skallops, I had no idea that they could be made with such perfection to let God tell themselves, wow! do you like one, pay what they wan...

now, I have actually torn in the middle of the service, because the mind to blow the taste, in my mouth burst, after the eggs with truffle and parmesan foam. everything was on the square. every single curs (8) was over excellent, tasteful, just incredible. the service so perfect and friendly, the price a lot less as expected (149euros for the menu, plus dessert and an additional glass wein, 40euro bottle delicious wein included.) absolutely shaken, so talented in the kitchen. I will remember the experience of my whole life, eating will never taste the same again. it is so good if such amazing chefs can allow people to experience their creativity. thank you compartir!

Great find in Cadaques, stylish but not pretentious. Fab food, the rabbit ribs were great, hard to fault any of the dishes and deserts were some of the best we've had anywhere!

that is a great eating, beautiful cuverts, they share every dish and every dish is an surprise in itself. also the waiters are very nice polite. a great experience

Merexeidors sens dubte de les dues estrelles Michelin. Excel.lent el tracte i exquisits els plats. L'estrella: el pastís de formatge amb sorbet de gerds...brutal!!

Possibly one of the best restaurants for miles around, excellent food, great wines, lovely staff, relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful rustic setting.
