This place has quickly become a local treasure and area destination. Excellent beer, great food and coffee at the attached Birdhouse Coffee shop, and myriad events (trivia, live music, car shows, local vendors, karaoke, and more).Various food trucks are on-site different days, and the staff is always friendly and helpful in a cool and casual environment. there are so many beers from which you can choose that after trying a handful of them we usually play safely and get the same three beers we know how we like it. At present there are 115 beers/selters, of which 8 are experimental and generally not available, with only one handful of which can be distinguished. they should focus on perfecting their most popular beers and seltzers, as even those we like most are not as good as other breweries we often do. her terrace is one of the nicer in ct to enjoy a drink, but there are better beers and terraces out there. also the connection of their autobahn with the crossing next to them would certainly help to leave the traffic flow and facilitate, esp...

The music at this restaurant was not good, it sounded like bad club rap and made everyone look unhappy. However, after requesting several times, they finally switched to some old 90s rap music which improved the atmosphere. The Corsair burger was delicious, especially with some jalapenos added for a kick. The fries and sweet potato fries that came with it were also tasty, especially when paired with the three sauces provided. The dark sauce in particular was fabulous.

Camper’s Pumpkin Stout… off season pumpkin beer is a most welcomed novelty. 5% is a little low but, the stout bite fools you. Not a very intricate taste profile.. a bit sweet and full of commercial Fall flavors… a few sips felt watered down…but aside from these comments it is palatable and I just wish it was priced down $13.75 for 4 cans, @5%..meh, haven’t tried other brews from this company yet but they certainly are making a quality product… drink ice cold! Beers' good. Food not so great. My wife ordered a Caesar wrap with avocado instead of chicken. It came without dressing, croutons and cheese. Pretty much a lettuce wrap with avocado for $14. I had a chicken Caesar salad and there wasn't any dressing or croutons on it I brought it back and got dressing and shared it with my wife. Pretty pricey and rather disappointing.

The brewey is great. Good beer and very helpful staff. The Birdhouse Cafe that is attached was not so good. There was a large crowd for trivia night and the staff was not prepared, rude and overwhelmed. Kitchen staff was slow. The wait for the food and the quality is lacking. I'll return for the beer but would rather bring food than order from Birdhouse again

I started off at this restaurant by checking out their beer menu and trying their signature beer. While not every beer was to my liking, I could appreciate the effort and passion that went into crafting each brew. I loved this place!!!If you go here you have to try the strawberry lemonade smoothie beer. Best beer!The outside was beautiful and the bar tenders were so nice. I definitely will be going back!

Patio is nicely set up with fire pits ad heated lamps, excellent selection of beer, food trucks, bands. Awesome for a night out with friends!
