I had been eager to visit Constellation Coffee for a long time, and it certainly lived up to my expectations! The café is very clean and offers a wonderfully diverse selection of coffee from various roasters, all freshly roasted within the last few days. They also have a nice array of brewing equipment available. I purchased a bag of Demitasse Ethiopia Banko Michicha, and it tastes fantastic brewed in a V60. Plus, with the purchase of your beans, you get a complimentary tea, cold brew, or drip coffee, which was a delightful bonus at 9 AM on a Sunday!
The cold brew, cappuccino, and latte (don’t miss the Rose Vanilla flavor) are all delicious, and they offer a great variety of hot teas as well. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s conveniently located near the 210, making it an easy stop. They also provide free Wi-Fi and maintain a clean restroom.
This coffee spot is excellent! I ordered their rose vanilla latte...absolutely perfect! Incredibly tasty espresso, yummy rose and vanilla flavors and awesome latte art too. Forget the big chain coffee shops if you are in the area and visit this place. You will not be disappointed!
Are you tired of Starbucks? Then you should definitely check out this amazing coffee shop! We were truly impressed by their cappuccino—it was fantastic! The unique coffee with 40 calories (I can't remember the exact name) was surprisingly delicious as well!

Friendly owner, friendly service, great location, great interior, great coffee drinks! Will definitely go back often!!! Wanna support them more than often than the Starbucks when I need a cup of coffee and a place to work.
I have a cold brew with oat milk that was super smooth. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are not super crazy. Very nice little coffee shop and would definitely come back.
Good cold brew and fair prices. A bit of seating which wasn’t an issue since it wasn’t too crowded but not a very large space.
