Continental has been a beloved breakfast spot in the area for years. While it may resemble a truck stop from the outside, don’t be misled by its appearance—Continental serves up fantastic breakfasts. Fantastic food! Excellent service! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, a gentleman named Demo, as we entered. He greeted us with handshakes and a warm smile, struck up a conversation about football after noticing my Bears shirt, and offered great recommendations on what to order. He made us feel like long-time customers, even though it was our first visit. The waitress was equally friendly and inviting. Overall, it's a wonderful family restaurant with great people. Definitely a must-try!

I'm back people love my take on place I go so here we go. This place is a diamond ???? in a rough from greeting to service to the food was great I'm they particular when it comes to breakfast. The food was over portion then you would normally get from abreakfast place and everything deliver hot and cooked perfect and the staff was great from start to finish.. ContinentalHouse you JUST GOT SERVED ????.

I felt welcomed from the time I entered this restaurant...felt like home and the food was excellent. I had a Belgian waffle with eggs and bacon. Everyone was great! This restaurant is run by a wonderful man and his three children, with his daughter taking the lead. Together, they have crafted an exceptional dining experience. While prices may have increased, the portion sizes and quality of the food are outstanding. Treat your taste buds and enjoy a meal here!

We stopped here on our way out from a night in Chicago and it exceeded our expectations as far as diner food. The staff was friendly and they got our party of 5 in and out very fast. The food was HUUGE portions and all tasted homemade and hot off thegrill. We will definitely be back!
