Only was in this place, placed a sitting to 50.00 waited 45 minutes then waited to wait for the counter to wait another 10 minutes to talk to the staff said my order is ready when it is not, too busy on line orders and seriously under staff, the young guys must seriously learn some manners in customer service and how to talk to older come for years, but today was a disappointing experience. Munir Party of 7, p.s was returned 30.00 so not argumented and left with 20.00 candy part of the order I had bought. So if you go service or desserts elsewhere

45 minutes later Bro went to the counter to ask how long he waited 10 minutes before she even spoke to him to say our order is ready but his not ready. So Bro asked for his money back and after a few minutes of fear he was offered £20 of the £50 he was paid, finally he was given £30 so he no longer argues and we went out, The staff was too busy making the online delivery orders worried about us, after years of walking to this place..

I am a Canadian who celebrated my birthday from home, and as a surprise my wife ordered me a strawberry mango banana milkshake and a slice of Ontario cheesecake. It's by far the best milkshake I've ever had! I can't wait to visit again so my wife can taste how amazing your milkshakes are.

Upon ordering the man serving us was extremely unprofessional and grumpy. He shook his head when I asked for a literal spoon, not to mention he gave us broken cones which ended up falling and we needed a tub. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I Wont be returning

Food never came on Sunday , restaurant was useless blaiming just eat drivers , still not heard any thing back for a refund yet food said delivered , shops are complete frauds stay clear !!!!!!
