Coolibah Fish N Chips

Had read a lot of reviews regarding new owners, so glad I ignored them and ordered on Friday night. The order was made over the phone and we were short some Flake which was identified when we were paying for the order. The shortfall was rectified immediately. The squid was as good if not better than the previous owners. The Flake was beautifully cooked and so tasty. The chips were perfection. Cheese sausages were a little overcooked as they had split and lost some cheese. Dim Sums and crab sticks were fantastic. We will be returning. Could not be happier with the cleanliness of the shop and service we received, very friendly and helpful. Good luck to the new owners very satisfied customer. K...

correct price and always tasty, we actually only grasp the fish and chips x 4 and maybe a potato scallop when we feel a little saucy. kiss strategy works well, our fave local.
