It took 10 minutes to receive water. When we ordered a beer, it was brought to our table by someone other than our waitress and without a glass. My husband had to walk to the bar to get a glass himself because no server was in sight. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our waitress to return so we could ask for salsa and chips, during which time she was outside, presumably smoking or socializing.
When the appetizers finally arrived, we asked for sour cream, but after another 15 minutes, it still hadn’t arrived. The waitress eventually stopped by to check on us and I reminded her about the sour cream. Five minutes later, it finally came, but by that time, the food was cold.

We were a party of four and had been having a wonderful evening. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed seven cocktails, three appetizers, and four entrees. However, we had only been there for an hour and fifteen minutes when we asked for the dessert menu. The waitress returned to inform us that we couldn’t order dessert because another reservation was coming in. This lack of hospitality completely blindsided us. We often dine out and take pride in being generous tippers and easygoing customers who respect our dining time. In an instant, our wonderful evening turned into one of embarrassment and disappointment. We will never return to this restaurant!
If your use to going out to a nice dinner and relax forget this place. Rush Rush Rush Had to order everything a same time. Appetizers were done, waiter had dinner at table before I had my last bite without cleaning appetizer plates away. I thought he thought I was was going to hold my plate. In and out in 45 minutes needdless to say over priced and so were drinks. I don't mind spending any amount but when it's deserved. Was seated in bar area, why? Got me. Would I go back never. I would eat at Costco first. Don't waste your time. Much more to say but why. You could eat at Raven Peach for same amount.
Fernando, the server, is consistently amazing! I challenge anyone to find a better steak than the one here—I certainly haven't! The appetizers and specials are always top-notch, and the smoky margarita is just perfect! I will definitely keep coming back!

My experience at this restaurant was incredible! The hospitality, service, and food were all beyond five stars. Thank you to everyone for making my first visit so memorable. I will definitely be returning. A special thanks to Fernando, who was my server!
food was very good however not as in previous visits ie 1) jalapeno caesars no jalapeno detected. 2) crab cakes smaller and burnt on the bottom. 3) lamb not cooked as ordered. 4) braised short rib was boneless lacked salt.
We have been to Copper Canyon may times. The food is just fantastic!! The service is always friendly and knowledgeable. The bar makes awesome, creative margaritas!!! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!!
Nice place. Food was good. Great service. Ordered a $14 margerita and it was a $14 cup of ice. So 2 cups of ice cost me about $40 with tip. Id go back. But just water for me!!!

We shared the shrimp chicken fajitas and it was delicious. Bartender was very friendly and attentive to his patron. Will def go back.
