Copper Coyote has changed for the BETTER. The food is now absolutely AMAZING! I tell you I was in the quality Mexican restaurants in Texas and in Santa Fe New Mexico and Copper Coyote is in place if not better! My wife and I are Chili Relleno fans and Copper Coyote has the best we have EVER had hands down! The food tastes fresh and authentic. The value with the amount of food they give is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and prompt. I HIGHLY recommend the Mexican plate and the streets tacos. Copper Coyote has won my family and they will be our restaurant for Mexican cuisine!

Great food and friendly people working. Buffet is really good. Come in and try them. They do have bbq is you like something different. It is really good.

The buffet was amazingly good food and service when a chance to go and check it out lots of food to the Mac and cheese was the bomb

They made a record of something without jalapenos because I am allergic to them. The food was great. Loves the buffet.

Great place! Large Mexican cuisine and barbecue. The only place I go to Warrensburg for Mexicans!
