Cora Breakfast & Lunch

The second time came to Cora in the City of Lethbridge. It’s a great place to eat healthy breakfast. There are so many healthier choices in Cora. The portions of food were huge with fresh fruits. The fruit was very fresh and delicious. Everything tastes great. The service was excellent, fast order, and friendly. If you have any concern about your order, you should definitely ask them. Their suggestions were very helpful for your order. The price of the food was reasonable and worth. The environment of the restaurant is nice, clean and cheerful. After the second time try, I would to definitely go back there again. Love it so much.

I don't know if I'm not into Quebecois breakfasts, or potatoes that have the taste and texture of styrofoam, or way overthick and gummy crepes, or this chain's insistence on serving cretons which are an overly fatty pork forcemeat that makes me gag. Whatever it is, I find the portions small, the selections overpriced, and most plates buried in incongruous fruits. I couldn't even finish my omelet and had to wash what I did manage to swallow down with their overly bitter coffee. Sorry Cora, I know that you have a lot of fans around the country but sadly, I'm not one of them!

The food and service at Coras is consistently good. There are perhaps higher end breakfast places, but what makes Coras excellent is it fails to disappoint - you can go there knowing that your meal will be tasty, artfully presented, the portions satisfying, and good value. Recommend the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, the Cora's Special, or the Fruit Waffle - all good choices.

I always get the sunshine panini - I add a few items (mushrooms, spinach, and of course their awesome hollandaise sauce to dip it in!)I have yet to be disappointed! I work graveyard shift so when my friends and I meet we go early so they can have the fantastic early bird special menu- their breakfast is less then $10 with a free coffee!Service is outstanding!
