Coracao Do Marques

This restaurant is nicely situated at the Praca Marques de Pombal. I had diner here with a cousin and his girlfriend. The terrace is big and not too friendly, completely covered by parasols. I chose the Lasagna of the house, which was a good choice. The others had Prima Vera pasta and Chicken and fries. What I do not like is that restaurants fil your table with all kind of things you do not ask for, but in the end you pay for it whether you eat it or not. Sardine paste, butter, bread rolls, goat cheese, olives etc. I did not eat any of this but had to pay for it. Ok, it was not bad, but I would not visit Coracao do Marques again

Entramos no Grill atraídos pelo cardápio de peixes e adoramos o lugar. Pedimos bacalhau gratinado, bife à portuguesa e sopa do dia e também tinham muitos peixes do dia a um preço muito bom. Serviram-nos muito rapidamente, muito simpáticos, em grandes quantidades e a bom preço. E tudo é muito delicioso!!!

Bom atendimento, comida muito boa, mas é preciso esperar muito se pedir arroz porque eles fazem na hora. O arroz é muito bom embora recomendo pedir com pouco caldo porque vem com muito (recomendado para quem gosta de arroz como sopa) todo o peixe é BOM para lamber os dedos e é muito fresco

The food was terrible, overcooked, the swordfish steak was thin and dry and tough, the salt cod was badly cooked, and even the pork steak with a fried egg wasn't nice. We felt as though we were being taken advantage of as out of town tourists. Reserva una mesa ahora

Carne muito suja, falta de cozimento nas batatas fritas. Jarra de água por 2,50€!!! Uma pena!!! Caso contrário, a carne estava boa. Prato faltante não anunciado desde o início, pena que tive que mudar. Não tenho certeza de voltar.

We stop for lunch when the waiter approach us. We liked so much the Portuguese for the grilled squid was very yummy and the staff is so kind. Probably the best restaurant I've been in Portugal. Thank you

Nice and very big restaurant. Food was very good (rice with sea food), the bread was excellent. They gave us coffee and desert on the house. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.

I eat grilled cod fish and was very tasty. The place looks clean and the prices are not much expensive. I recommend Reserva una mesa ahora
