We visited Corinne last week in preparation for our planned home entertainment of some close friends, and marveled at the expanded varieties of specialties offered for both hot and cold treats. Corinne guided us through her fabulous menu, as we selected delicious hors d'oeuvres of mini crab cakes, sesame chicken, mini quiches, beef sliders, mini vegetable egg rolls, shrimps and water chestnuts wrapped in bacon that were sweet, tender and crunchy, pigs in blankets, and more. Corinne’s Concept Catering team is truly fantastic! Corinne and Jared were wonderful and provided excellent support throughout the entire process. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed both the cocktails and dinner. We especially loved the refreshing mocktails, which were perfect for spring, and even the kids were fans! We were all so well-fed, with plenty of food to go around.
