I decided to give this restaurant another chance after my first experience wasn’t great, hoping for an improvement. Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. The person at the register was quite unfriendly and treated us as if we were a bother. He and the chef seemed to struggle with my order, so I attempted to clarify it, only for the register guy to snap at me, “We got it!” After receiving my meal, I discovered that my order was wrong, proving that they indeed did not “get it.” To avoid further unpleasantness, I simply accepted what I was given. The final straw was discovering pieces of eggshell in my eggs—definitely not appetizing. I won’t be returning.
I really don't understand why the women who work here are so rude. I want to give business to our local establishments but god damn, Dunkin would treat me a million times better. Are the employees just sick of Bennies in the summer and take it out on everyone all year long? UGH. Next time I'll literally drive to the next town or beyond for my bagel fix.
Absolutely fantastic Jersey bagels! I'm thrilled to have discovered these down at the shore. We can't find this type of bagel in Maryland. They're crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside—exactly how bagels should be. The staff was also friendly and very helpful.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. Cost $8.53. Only had 1 egg when sign says 2 and the bagel wasn’t fresh. Also undercooked bacon smh. Don’t look up on the walls they are covered with dust!! Disgusting!!

Edit (Response): The incident he was so upset about lasted all of five seconds, and the place wasn’t even busy since it was a holiday weekend. Now I see why! Lol.
Sandwiches are bland/mediocre. Lady that works there is absolutely miserable! Also, update your prices online. Sandwiches are “apparently” much more in the store.
This is a classic Jersey spot. They serve fantastic bagels, and the staff is always ready to help you with whatever you need!
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but I received one without any eggs or cheese. I'm very disappointed.
