The manager at this location deals with employees in the most immature way possible.He left his only employee in the cooking area to deal with all the orders coming in, then acts shocked with something burnt when he gets back.The employee acknowledged his mistake and took ownership, but the manager tells him to leave for the day. He then messages him the same day telling him not to come in the next day either and that they will speak the following day.The employee still goes in because he is worried and wants to clear the air. This restaurant offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, featuring dark wood paneling and a crackling fire in the corner during winter. The staff is friendly, and the ordering process is simple: you choose from the menu, grab a number, and get your own drink. Afterward, place the number card on a stick at your table, and the staff will bring your food to you. On this particular occasion, we arrived at 7:30 PM on a weekend, and the place was nearly empty. Our meals were hot and perfectly prepared as ordered, though we noticed a few people came in to pick up takeout orders.
While passing through, I decided to stop in for a bagel. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich along with a bagel with cream cheese. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was tasty, but I found it a bit odd that they used scrambled eggs, which made it quite messy. The bagel with cream cheese came with the cream cheese served on the side instead of spread on the bagel. Overall, it was a good experience, but I wouldn't rate it quite at 5 stars.

This restaurant consistently serves delicious food, but I often find it quite empty when I visit. The staff is exceptionally friendly! I have to mention that the tuna is outstanding—better than at most other places. I miss their old location in Old Orchard, but they’re still nearby. There's plenty of parking available too.
I thought I would stop in and give this place a try for lunch. I walked in and stood at the register for five minutes, waiting to place an order. None of the employees were interested in taking my order even though I was standing right in front of them, so I walked out. Now I know not to come here to eat.
This restaurant is my favorite. I visit many places, but I always find myself returning here. The staff is highly professional, and the food is excellent. I never pass up the chance to enjoy a great dinner here. I highly recommend this spot.
I hadn't been here in years, but I stopped by to pick up some baked goods after fasting for a month. The selection was quite limited, which I assume is due to COVID. However, the items I did buy were freshly delicious!

The staff is excellent, and it's a great spot to gather with friends. The avocado wrap is the best item on the menu.
