Dear Sir/Madam I have a complaint about the appalling service I received at 12:25 Tuesday 7th November 2023 175 Poole High St Dorset – when I bought 2 Steak Slices for £3.50. They were the last two remaining Steak Slices in the “Hot Counter” glass display – so, on a cold day, I assumed they would be fresh and hot. I paid £3.50 for two although I only wanted one but the price advantage seemed reasonable and I was going the give the other one to a colleague at the NHS Poole Hospital where I work. To my dismay, the two Slices were stone-cold and felt like rubber – they were not fresh – nor freshly cooked – I asked if they could be heated up to make them more palatable – but the manager said the...

The Cornish Bakehouse near the Poole Town Centre is a very well known eatery. This is just a few minutes walk from the town centre and near the railway crossing. The Cornish Pasties are really a treat and super tasty as well. I really recommend this place for the pasties. Super !!

the best pasties they can get in poole or bournemouth. also beautiful cake, sandwiches and breakfast dinge. the only negatiw is because the two are in the city center, they have to pay for parking. pity to you bcp.

Now charging 20% of pasty cost to zap in microwave for a few seconds. The pasta was £5.30 so wanted to charge 1.06 to zap. Utter greed. Deserve to go out of business's. Reserva una mesa ahora

Friendly service. Nice sausage rolls and Cornish pasty. I had the steak and Stilton and it was delicious. Price is reasonable. Would buy from again.
