About two months ago, my wife placed an online order, and unfortunately, the server who took our order was quite rude. As long-time customers of 20 years and loyal supporters of the evolving DTL dining scene, we decided to speak with the manager, Rob. He listened carefully and asked questions to fully understand the situation. Rob then offered a solution that far exceeded our expectations and made up for our negative experience. I will continue to support Cosmo's not only because the food is excellent and the new design is impressive, but also because Rob genuinely values customer relationships. Thank you, Rob!
