Costa - Reserva de mesa

We absolutely love this Costa location for its fantastic coffee and welcoming, laid-back vibe. The staff do an amazing job each day, despite the busy environment, always taking the time to greet you and make sure your order is promptly served. The new employees are highly trained and dedicated, quickly learning the ropes. The quality of their drinks is consistently delicious, and the team is always willing to assist in any way they can. It's impressive how they remember orders for their regulars, adding a personal touch to the experience. We highly recommend stopping by this Costa!

I ordered through the Uber Eats app this morning, and the process was very easy. However, I prefer weak coffee and was disappointed to only receive half a shot in a medium-sized cup. The app did not allow me to choose a weaker coffee option. I attempted to call Bedgrove Costa to address the issue, but the line was busy for five minutes straight, so I eventually gave up. Looks like I'll have to settle for a strong latte and endure the inevitable headache. A lesson learned about using delivery apps.

I ordered a lunch for two and some cake from this costa for delivery. As part of the deal, they were supposed to include a mince tart. When the toasties arrived they were cold and smashed up. The coffees were cold too. The cake and the mince tart didn't arrive. I called UberEATS and they confirmed that Costa just hadn't handed over these items. We're currently self-isolating, which made this an extra depressing experience. I wouldn't recommend this terrible place.

Today I came across a very abrupt male staff in costa , can’t believe how rude he was over a ketchup sachet as if I was asking for free stuff 10 pence loud in the lobby in front of all other person sitting, I have never come across the extreme of how I was talked at ….. you cannot Miss the male staff in connection he is rather a very large person He needs training of how to be polite and welcoming Shame on him Reserva una mesa ahora

I had coffee withdrawal symptoms so swung into here for a quick flat white! service was fine and friendly and my coffee as it should have been, but there was a problem!! I am a big fan of Costa Coffee but must say this is not one of their finer moments as this branch is positively grubby!! Come on Whitbread get it sorted, new crockery and a top tail needed!!

To be honest once you have visited one costa you've seen them all. Overpriced drink and food. The staff were very uninterested in their jobs and the floor was filthy and most tables were covered in dirty pots.once I finally got the drink I asked for after 2 previous attempts the hot chocolate was tasty but not very warm. Theres better ones to go too.

Always end up coming to this Costa because their service is amazing. They are very accommodating, and Sydney (one of the barristers) is my favorite She always greets me with a smile and asks how I’m doing, she does a phenomenal job!

I recently visited Costa with my family and enjoyed a blueberry muffin paired with a chocolate brownie frappe. It was incredibly delicious! The service was outstanding and I highly recommend trying the chocolate brownie frappe. Reserva una mesa ahora

Just been in there and the man they have working in there spoke to me in such a nasty, degrading manner I don't think I'll ever be comfortable going back.
