Costa - Reservar una mesa

Went in for a takeaway coffee and Hot chocolate, the lady came across very short and abrupt, clearly didn't want to be there, wasn't just us, we witnessed it with another customer, there was no please or thank you, and when she was clearing tables there was no excuse me, just pushed past, happened at approx 10.00 on 27th Dec 2021. Never going back there again.

The female server who brought me my coffee was very impolite. I was quite disappointed because I was on a shopping trip in the rain and just stopped in to brighten my mood. I only requested a coffee with one shot, but she was very unfriendly. Please address this behavior as it does not reflect well on your brand.

Shockingly rude woman serving, I walked out, she clearly didn’t want the custom. It was very interesting to read the other reviews, she definitely needs some training in customer relations.

Great cafe. Clean and cool with working Aircon, unlike some Costas ! Staff were polite and coffee was the usual Costa standard. Toilets were clean

Awful coffee and our children hated the hot chocolate. Not sure if machine is cleaned but it is like dish water
