I visited Costa City today, and it was bustling with activity. The staff handled the busy environment remarkably well; they were always friendly and engaging, striving to provide prompt service. I've been there frequently, and I've never experienced bad service. It's clear that the team works hard to satisfy their customers every day. The coffee is consistently prepared just the way my particular partner likes it! It's a wonderful place to unwind and relax, and the staff's warm demeanor adds to the welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I recently visited this restaurant for a break. Although they were very busy, the staff was fantastic. They remained calm, and everyone appeared to be in good spirits. I even had the opportunity to chat with the manager, who welcomed my suggestion about making the entrance more accessible for those with disabilities. When I needed to use the restroom, he kindly opened the door for me since I have a disability. The service was excellent, and we always make a point to visit when we're in the city. Great job, everyone! Keep up the good work!

Service was quick and the staff were friendly and polite. Tables were cleared in a timely manner Quite a nice selection of cakes and sandwiches to choose from as well as other nibbles to go with your coffee. Can find no fault and enjoyed a cold drink (salted caramel and cream) which I would definitely recommend.

The coffee is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, my older son wasn't impressed; he ended up sitting under the table. I'll let him out if he behaves after just two tries. Reserva una mesa ahora

Its costs coffee. Slow service only because it's made fresh. Dont go at busy times. 10 minutes wait.
