Very welcoming barista guys, very engaged. Good coffee, cakes. Atmosphere has a nice open plan feel, good seating, a broad windowed side looking out east providing a far horizon view. Only small reservation I ever had was the breakfast rolls become chewy or hardened after a few minutes. A review of their type of oven or warming times may be needed to make it a full five stars on all points. Service: Dine in

The outdoor area is quite dirty, with the same pile of trash sitting there for a week and the floor cluttered with cups and wrappers during every visit. It feels uncomfortable due to large groups of men staring. The location in Next is much more appealing. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: Food: 4, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 1.
